TMA Systems Acquires Eagle Technology to Accelerate Expansion and Global Growth

Tulsa, Oklahoma — (Business Wire)– TMA Systems, a more than 30-year-old world-class provider of advanced computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and enterprise asset management solutions (EAMS), announced today that it has agreed to acquire the Wisconsin-based leader and developer Eagle Technology, or CMMS software, serves global corporate clients in the manufacturing, distribution and warehousing, transportation and logistics sectors. The acquisition of Eagle is the first of several future acquisitions the company expects as TMA expands beyond organic growth and leverages a $68 million strategic growth investment from Silversmith Capital Partners.

Global economic pressures are forcing organizations to gain a more holistic view of their processes to achieve greater returns on assets. TMA Systems’ acquisition of Eagle Technology will accelerate the pace of innovation in its platform, providing all customers with enhanced predictive maintenance capabilities.
