Atlanta – (Business Wire)– Resurgens Technology Partners, a technology-focused private equity firm, announced today that it has completed a financing of Resurgens Technology Partners II (“Fund II”) with total capital commitments exceeding $500 million. Fund II was oversubscribed and hit a revised hard cap at the close.
The latest fund will continue the company’s established investment strategy, focusing on most investments in the low-end and mid-market applications and IT infrastructure software businesses in North America and parts of Europe. Resurgens is committed to providing each of its portfolio companies with world-class operational support, talent and human capital expertise, and M&A execution capabilities. The firm invests in founder-owned businesses and divestitures, as well as in the recapitalization of investor-owned companies.
