KANSAS CITY, Missouri — Fall has arrived in Kansas City, which means it’s time to fill your weekend with some of the season’s favorites.
More than a dozen farms in the area are ready for fall fun. They created wild corn mazes, planted hundreds of pumpkins and heated cider.
Whether you’re just looking to pick the perfect pumpkin for Halloween or just want to enjoy a day of family fun, there’s always a great option.
Here are 14 pumpkin patches and corn mazes you can’t miss in the Kansas City area:

KC Pumpkin Patch
This Olathe farm hosts a fall festival every weekend with over 50 attractions such as giant yard games, giant slides, farm animals, pumpkin bowling and more for all ages. Of course, you can also pick out the perfect pumpkin and enjoy food and drink.

Weston Red Barn Farm
Last year, this Missouri farm was named one of the best pumpkin patches in America. On weekends, Weston Red Barn Farm celebrates fall festivals. Guests can take a hay wagon to a pumpkin patch, taste caramel apples and cider, and get lost in a corn maze. Find more details here.

Lewisburg Cider Factory
While this Lewisburg farm is known for its cider and doughnuts, there’s plenty of fall fun beyond the annual CiderFest. The cider plant’s pumpkin patch and corn maze are open for weeks, and guests can also enjoy hay wagons, farm animals and games.

Faulkner’s Ranch

Pumpkin Valley
The family-run Pumpkin Valley at Nova Equestrian Ranch is “designed with fall fun in mind”. Visitors can race through obstacles, fly down pumpkin slides, jump over bouncing houses or get lost in a hay maze. Trains, pony and hay rides are also available for an additional fee.

Jilin Jie Orchard
Gieringers are known for their summer produce, but starting in October, it’s pumpkin time. Guests can also enjoy donuts, cider slush and soft serve ice cream. This year’s Corn Maze is dinosaur-themed with plenty of family-friendly games. At the farmers market, you can also find more produce, jams, salsa, and more.
