On September 29, 2022, Tpr T. Eckrich responded to reports of theft and ongoing disturbance to Walmart at 45485 Miramar Road, MD, CA. The investigation revealed that Charles Patrick Balsbaugh, 36, a Hollywood MD, stole and tampered with the product’s seal. Balsbaugh was arrested and sent to St. Petersburg. Mary County Detention Center where he was charged with theft: less than $100 and malicious damage to property valued less than $500.
On September 29, 2022, Tpr J. Pettitt responded to an ongoing report of theft to Walmart, 45485 Miramar Road, MD, CA. The investigation revealed that Britany Denisse Fuentes, 21, of Lexington Park, Md., and Maria Fulvia Rojas, 22, of Lusby, Md., stole items worth more than $100. Dennis and Rojas were both charged with criminal citations for theft: $100 to under $1,500.
On October 4, 2022, TFC J. Engleman responded to reports of erratic driving in the Three Notch Road and Mechanicsville Road area of Mechanicsville, Maryland. TFC Engleman located the vehicle and made a traffic stop. The investigation revealed that Katie Lee Madison, 36, of Dowell, Maryland, was driving under the influence of alcohol. Madison kicked TFC Engelman when she was arrested and placed in a patrol car. Madison was transported to St. Mary County Detention Center, where she was charged with second-degree assault and numerous traffic citations.

- On September 20, 2022, Rodney Aaron Jones, 26, of Lexington Park, Maryland, was arrested by Tpr J. Pettitt for FTA: Driver’s License Suspended and FTA: Malicious Destruction of Property – Less than $1,000.
- On September 20, 2022, John Thomas Hess Jr, 31, of St. Inigos, Maryland, was arrested by Tpr C. Baden for possession of CDS: Intent to distribute x2, Possession of CDS: Not marijuana x2 and Prescription – remove label
- Kenyatta Malika Carroll, 27, of Lexington Park, Maryland, was arrested by Tpr C. Willhite for FTA on September 20, 2022: Owner knowingly allowing others to drive uninsured vehicle
- Christopher Shayne Campbell, 27, Lexington Park, MD, arrested by Tpr J. Barlow for FTA on September 21, 2022: driver’s license revoked
- On September 21, 2022, Lanika Monique Sloan-Stepney, 37, of Lexington Park, Maryland, was arrested by Tpr J. Barlow for FTA: reckless driving, speeding vehicle on highway, negligent driving, DUI, alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol
