Indiana Chamber of Commerce announces new board chair
Bill Beach, president of Customized Mechanical Solutions in Bargersville, is one of 31 new members to the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s board of directors.
Beach oversees all of the company’s operations, including program execution, manufacturing services and store operations, and business development.
All new board members will serve three-year terms until fall 2025.
Hospice creates fund to honor retiring president
In recognition of Laura Leonard’s contributions and commitment to South Central Indiana Hospice, an endowment is being established in Laura’s name in a fund to support the palliative care program, a program she helped establish.
Palliative care, a medical specialty initiated under Laura’s leadership, focuses on relieving the pain, symptoms and stress of serious illness, at any age, at any stage, and can be offered in conjunction with curative care.
