Central Michigan (WJRT) – The Kroger store in Michigan is looking to hire an additional 1,000 employees for the holidays and beyond.
The grocery giant has open positions at its stores in central Michigan and several related business units.
Kroger now offers an average hourly wage of $17, including benefits, that could increase to $22 an hour. Employees are eligible for discounts and a new DailyPay option that allows employees to withdraw their wages before payday.
The company also offers up to $21,000 in tuition reimbursement for full- and part-time employees enrolled in programs ranging from the GED level to doctoral programs.
