Introduce new technology to develop green methanol

Waste Fuel Launched Waste Fuel Methanol Module. This is a new technology aimed at accelerating the production of green methanol from organic waste.

TonThe Waste Fuel Methanol Module is designed to produce up to 100 metric tons of fuel grade methanol from a variety of waste sources, including landfill gas and biogas from anaerobic digestion.

The process is designed to perform both wet and dry reforming to convert waste into green methanol. The technology will be available for licensing, which means greater potential for adoption and decarbonisation.

When used on a commercial scale, the WasteFuel methanol module will produce green methanol fuel that reduces carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases and pollutants by up to 90 percent compared to conventional fuels.

Green methanol is critical to the decarbonization of global shipping and the supply chains of companies that depend on it.The green methanol market in the petrochemical sector is also solid

Trevor Neilson, co-founder, chairman and CEO of WasteFuel, commented.

WasteFuel now aims to produce green methanol that can be used in a variety of markets, including shipping, maritime and petrochemicals.
