Hollywood actress Hilary Swank has revealed she’s going to be a mother for the first time – and she’s going to give birth to twins.
The two-time Oscar winner broke the news live on Good Morning America.
“It’s something I’ve always wanted, and my next thing is that I’m going to be a mom,” Swank said. “And not just one, but two. I can’t believe it.”
She also posted a photo of herself covering her belly on Instagramtitled “Coming soon…Double Feature!”
Swank said colleagues at her latest show, Alaska Daily, didn’t know about it until Wednesday’s announcement, but she recently had to cut some jeans on set to fit.
The 48-year-old married entrepreneur Philip Schneider told US media four years ago that the twins run in their family.
Swank won two Best Actress Oscars – for her transgender role in 1999’s “Boys Don’t Cry” and Clint Eastwood’s “Million Dollar Baby” (2004) Play as a boxer.
