Head to the city centre on Thursday, September 2 at 6pm. 29 Parade for monster trucks.

Trucks depart from Bob’s Tires on Walnut, then turn left and go straight to Growth Motors Inc. At the end of our fantastic parade, all the monster trucks will stop at Growth Motors, where you can get up close and personal with the drivers, inspect the trucks, take photos and sign autographs.

Don’t forget A&R Custom Butchering, Retail Meats and Deli are also there. Another hot spot for West Coast monster trucks.

Tickets are still available for purchase on WCMTFan.com, and you can choose your seat or stop by the box office on the show floor from 9am to 5:30pm any weekday.

Important special awards will be presented on the evening, and the Chamber is proud to present the following awards to community businesses and leaders: the Gene Penne Award for Business and Community Leadership, the Beautification Award, the Spirit Award and the Business of the Year Award.

Dinner will be in October. 11 At Rustic Rose at 576 Sykes Ave. at Redcliffe.

It will be a casual, fun event with fabulous food trucks, wine tossing, whiskey walls, silent auctions and community rewards.

Your auction items will help the Red Bluff-Tehama County Chamber of Commerce achieve our mission of promoting local business growth and prosperity by supporting visitors to attract jobs, continued sense of community, purchase local events, activities and networking opportunities.

City Council Candidates Night

The Red Bluff Chamber will host Candidates Night on Monday, October 2 at 6pm. 17 in Veterans Hall. You are invited to attend.

Below is a list of candidates for three open positions: three incumbents Kris Deiters, Daniele Eyestone, Johnna Jones and three candidates Colton Epperson, Patrick Hurton and Cody Strock.

The venue will open at 5 p.m. Candidates can use table setting materials or informally meet and greet people who show up before and after the show.

Attendees will have the opportunity to write down questions at the event and place them in the question box. Chamber Board members will review questions and submit them to the Chamber Moderator. Each candidate will have two minutes for opening remarks and one minute for answering questions. Finally, they will have the opportunity to deliver two-minute closing remarks.

The conference hall is looking forward to a wonderful and informative evening.

Saturday farmers market

The Wednesday night market is over, but the Saturday market has all the produce and vendors you love.

The market is open at River Park every Saturday from 8am to noon.
