The self-guided tour is easy to navigate, thanks to a QR code available digitally in Parade magazine. Using a smartphone, attendees can scan the location of the entry and get driving directions in an instant.

Not only is the Home Parade a feast for the eyes of home buyers, but it also provides an opportunity to meet builders they can trust to make their home dreams a reality.

“Potential buyers can rest easy knowing our association’s builders are ethical and committed to delivering the highest quality homes,” Thomas said.

During this self-guided tour, entries for the Family Parade are usually open Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday noon-5pm. However, the HBCA recommends calling specific models of homes directly to determine hours of operation.
